Are taxes added to my order?
Taxes are added into the price so there are no surprises at checkout!
Do you offer shipping discounts on multiple items?
There is a flat rate shipping of $3.00, however, we offer free shipping on orders over $40!
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns (buyer pays return shipping) but I really hope you love them and want to order more in the future!

Are your items handmade?
Most of the items are handmade. The feathers and wood & resin are purchased then miss Ruby puts the components
together. The macrame are all handmade by "mom" but miss Ruby is learning all the knots, she's just not quite ready to do them on her own. The faux leather and cowhide are all hand cut by miss Ruby. She is a perfectionist and does her absolute best, but please keep in mind she is only 9 years old so there may be tiny differences in the earrings. Miss Ruby picks all the colors and coordinates the different styles herself.
